•Choose rounded ends (Rnd) or squared off ends (Sq).
•Select whether you want Sew On or Rivet. Rivets are not sold in my shop but you can purchase rivets at this link: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B083C31TYB
•Select whether you want a 24 pack or a 50 pack
•New order should be selected if you've never purchased this tag before or want to make changes to your current design. Reorders will not be sent a proof, they are sent directly to the print queue, and you will receive the same tags you've approved on this design in the past (see details below).

NEW vs REORDER:
A NEW order is when you are creating tags for the first time with specified text/image/layout. A proof will be sent and need to be approved.
A REORDER is when the design is staying the same, you can change material colors, as long as there is no new design change request. No proof is sent, we will engrave what is already on file for you.

Proofs will be sent to email specified, if we do not receive a response within 3 attempts to reach you, we will engrave what we have on file. Once items have been engraved, there are no refunds due to the personalized nature of these tags.
